Party timings

Our Milton Keynes birthday parties are at dedicated times on Monday, Tuesday, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during term times and any day in the school holidays. Please check online for party slots available on your preferred date.

Friday – 16:30, 17:00 and 17:30
Saturday – Every hour from 10.30 to 15.30
Sunday – Every hour from 10:30 to 15:30

If you would like to hold a party at any other time, please contact the centre directly or email us to enquire about availability.

How long do the parties last for?

Our Milton Keynes birthday parties last for 2 hours: 30 minutes for a safety briefing, 60 minutes for climbing, and 30 minutes for the birthday food.

Changing numbers for parties and refunds

We recommend that you book for the maximum number of people you expect for your party. This ensures that you have the places you require, as we have a limit to the number of climbers in each session.

‍Increasing numbers of climbers
‍If you need to increase your numbers, we can only let you have places that are available within that session.  Please give us a much notice as possible.  This is normally not possible on the day.

‍Decreasing numbers of climbers
‍If we have 7 days’ notice, we can issue a refund for places that are not needed. This will be done onto the payment method that you originally paid with.  Please note that we cannot reduce the numbers past the minimum number allowed for your party. If you give us less than 7 days' notice to reduce the numbers in your party, we can refund up to 2 places.  

However, this is not a cash refund.  The amount of your refund can either be used in our cafe on the day, or refunded onto a Climb Quest gift card to be used to book other climbing sessions.  These gift cards expire after 3 months.

Paying for the party

You can book your party online or by calling the centre.  

You can pay a deposit for the minimum number of party climbers to secure your booking if you call the centre to book.  We will call you for the balance a week before your party. We will be in touch to check dietary requirements a week before your party, or you can call us on 01908 348 900.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

All pizzas are vegetarian, and we also offer gluten and dairy-free pizzas. We can offer gluten-free buns for the hotdogs, and vegetarian sausages.  

If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know 7 days before your party.All of the sweets in our party gift are vegetarian.

Helpers and spectators

Our friendly team of instructors are on the arena to help your climbers.  

Unless you have 4-6 year olds, or climbers with additional needs, we ask that you enjoy the party either from the side of the arena or from our mezzanine.  

Both areas have tables and seating.

Make your party extra special

We can help you make your birthday party extra special with Climb Quest merchandise.  We can add on branded water bottles, key rings, pencils and wristbands for your party guests.

Birthday cake

We get to see the best birthday cakes!!! You are very welcome to bring your own birthday cake, and we can put this on a table for when your climbing session is over. Just give it to your party host when you arrive. We can provide a cake knife and napkins.  We ask that you don't have nuts in your cake.
